3 clever games how someone makes a mockery of you
#1 Lies
# 2 Manipulations
# 3 The others are guilty-game
Are you using one of these 3 and you wanna see a change in your behaviour?
Please take 2 minutes of your time to learn why it happens to you?
Crazy isn't but lying is still at number 1.
What's behind this mockery?
You want to protect others and don't wanna be hurt and you have only this way that works out for you. You survive on lies.
You use it daily, weekly, and without realizing it, it has become a big part of your behavior. Even crazier, you don't know the difference between the truth and a lie. These 2 are merged in one and other.
You'll find it such a good way to make a mockery of someone, so easy for you and sometimes your image is one with a high self-confidence.
In short you will find lies the most normal thing in the world.
Manipulation in the purest form of the word is to affect others and deprive themselves of their individuality. So you are dangerous for the others. If you manipulate every day to take whatever you are pleased with you probably possess a lot of money, goods and even rich friends. But at which purpose?
What's going on here?
Imagine that you lived in poverty as a child and you had to steal to survive. The behavior that you developed is based especially on survival and you do anything to stay alive.
This is of course an extreme example to show how behavior develops over the years in the form of manipulation and self-deception.
The other are guilty
An awfull feeling, feeling guilty, who wants to feel that?
When you always are blaming others for your guilty pleasures, you are not free from guilt. You stay in the act of blaming others and so you are guilty. Even if others don't see you like that. You hide it, that's all but it stays in your system, in your thougts and in your life.
What's going on here?
When you were 5 years old you played and broke toys of a friend.
You got punished in such a way that you don't ever want these bad feelings anymore.
And from that moment on you developed a behaviour where you banished the feeling of guilt from your bad feelings list.

Are you struggling with one of these 3 behaviors?
-write on which new behavior you wish to see in yourself
-ask others to help you with this
